GPHTLF
The Guam Public Health Training and Laboratory Facility.
Airport Terminal & Concourse
We completed a structural upgrade of the GIAA terminal building, including new passenger isolation corridors, retrofitting of structural members, and the addition of pods, stairs, elevators, and expanded TSA checkpoints.
Aircraft Rescue & Firefighting Facility
We managed the construction of the GIAA Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting Facility Phase 2, including a new ARFF station, support buildings, access aprons, parking, and supporting infrastructure.
Guam National Tennis Center
We led the planning, design, and permitting for the Guam National Tennis Center—featuring 6 fenced courts, spectator areas, bathrooms, a hitting wall, and supporting facilities.
