About the Project
Construction of the Guam Public Health Training and Laboratory Facility, located in Mangilao, Guam will be a 16,000 square feet installation to include offices, restrooms, Biosafety 2 areas, Biosafety Laboratory 3 areas, laboratory support areas, utility rooms, and specialty equipment, to provide testing and research; all for the improvement to the health of Guam’s citizens. The facility will sit on approximately 10 acres that will include roadways, parking lots, pedestrian paving, fencing, gates and landscaping.
