KHLG & Associates has been contracted to perform Construction Management Services for the GIAA Terminal Building Structural Upgrade and Concourse Isolation Project.

The construction project consisted of structural upgrade of the GIAA terminal building and to construct new passenger isolation corridors at the Concourse and Main roof levels. The structural upgrade involves Contractor providing braces, brace connections, retrofitting of existing beams, columns and footings, and other structural members. The new concourse isolation corridors include new pods, stairs, escalators, elevators, mechanical rooms and restoration, relocation and replacement of all associated building components. The TSA Checkpoint Expansion would provide two additional passenger checkpoint screening.
